Thanksgiving week

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving week!

 Playing/exploring/climbing at Forsythe Park

 Eating cheetos with chopsticks while wearing a cape

 Leaping over brothers with Tatum

 "Wrapping" each other in the Christmas tree box

and then popping out!

Getting some energy out and exploring at Black Bayou before Thanksgiving dinner.

And we finished off the week with a visit to Altitude!

Pop and SweetHart, part 3

We headed to the Children's Museum with Pop and SweetHart for some fun!

Tatum had his fourth birthday!
He was super happy about his new toy,
he couldn't wait until we had finished singing "Happy Birthday" to get it. 

H made this "music present" at school for me one day.

The three mile hike took around three hours.  

There was much stopping to rest and snack.

Pop and SweetHart, part 2

Pop and SweetHart were here for our schools' Veteran's Day Program.  Both Kindergarten and Second Grade were singing at the program (One of the perks of being a mama and music teacher at my children's school!).

 C's class did made some soldiers to display.

 We are so proud of our Veteran!

This is the 2nd year that he has been here for Veteran's Day!

We ended the week with grilled burgers and smores at Nanny's!

Pop and SweetHart, part 1

 Pop and SweetHart flew in just in time to celebrate Pop's birthday!

 Story time with SweetHart!

 The morning after they flew in was Goodies with Grandparents at the bookfair.  

Pop and SweetHart were so great to get right up and go with them to the fair.

 They even took them a couple nights later to the book fair Family Night. (Pirate themed!). 

And SweetHart even got her face painted too!
