Thankful

H had his First Grade Thanksgiving Feast, all of the kids were so happy to be on stage, saying their lines.  H's line was "N is for neighbors across the street or across the ocean."

The next day was our school's First Nations school wide day - each grade had a different Native American tribe and had activities/crafts/food to taste from their tribe.  I caught both boys at the morning assembly.  I love how happy they are to see each other at school.  They were to excited that they were sitting at the same table.

Both boys in their Native American costumes after school.  The school wide program is always very fun but very tiring for the kids and teachers.

At Boy Scouts, the boys made thankful turkeys.  Such a cute idea!
H did his all by himself, and I helped C write his words.
H is thankful for friends, family, food, and Thanksgiving.
C said "I love you, supper, loving on Mama and Harrison, supper, and for making this turkey."

We visited with Nanny for a bit on Thanksgiving.

Thankful for all of our blessings this year.
(And for the medicine to get rid of the "stretched throat" we all ended up over Thanksgiving break...)
