This weekend, Oxford had it's annual Double Decker Festival. I'm not sure the exact history of the event, or the reason that we have double decker buses here (the same red two-story buses like they do in England), but there is a festival for it!
So we went! They closed off the square to cars and had tents and booths and vendors and food and entertainments galore!
They had a whole children's area with face painting, pictures with a Justin Bieber poster (I still don't get it...) bouncy machines, music, storytelling, etc...

H was happy to sit and listen to the music, but had no interest in participating.
N handed him a tambourine, which he politely set back on the table, and some bells which he gently set back on the floor... I guess he just wasn't feeling the groove yet.

He was happy about our lunch of "pwies" (fries) and a BBQ sandwich. He also gave us a little dance show with the live music. We can see where he gets his dancing talents from..... (ha!)
