In other words

At eighteen months, C still doesn't have too many words, but he communicates very clearly all the time!

Words:
No! (and he says it with attitude and a pointed finger!)
This
Mama
(He says No, this, and Mama consistently,
the rest of these he says sometimes, or has to be reminded that he knows them.)
Choo-choo
Hey
Moo: meaning cow
Ooo ooo:  meaning owl
Bye-bye
Ta Ta Ta: Pat, pat, pat

Signs:
Cracker (for a while, everything was "cracker!")
More
Water
Food
Pacifier
Please
Thank you
Hat
Brush Teeth
Outside
All done / Finished
Book
Leonard
Meat
Medicine
Fruit
Owl
Dog
Daddy
Shoe
Sock
Diaper
Bread
Grapes

And a few of the words H uses/misuses:
Porcupine: pineapple
Coconut:  Walnut
Chicken Sauce:  Ketchup
Chuther:  Each other
Monkey Bar:  his favorite monkey toy
'Mercial Show:  a TV show (not a Netflix show or DVD, one with 'Mercials.)
Flashlight Bugs:  Lightning bugs
My throat hurts in my tummy:  My tummy hurts
Super market: Lamar Park
Celebration Army:  Salvation Army
It tickles:  it tastes good
That's gooey:  that's silly
Don't let the bugs bite you:  Don't let the bed bugs bite
And he drops the first syllable of most words.
