There and back

We took a somewhat quick trip back to Louisiana this past week. We wanted to see our family and friends before school starts back up for Daddy. Of course we chose the hottest week of the summer - with temperatures between 106 and 108 and a heat index around 116. So, we stayed inside as much as we could and visited as many people as we could. We had a great quick trip, (and enjoyed a little shopping too)!

I think he is a little young for them, but he had fun looking at all of the animals

C got his first sink bath -
who knows, possibly H, me, and my daddy got bathed in this very same sink!

We had a great time visiting Pawpaw and GrandMissy.

I love these three sets of feet!

One of N's high school friends and her two boys came to visit too. Nolan is only 9 months older than H, but there is a pretty big difference in height.

C has recently started smiling and Nanny got quite a few of them!
