We headed up to Le Bonheur children's hospital so H could have a little procedure done. A meatoplasty for meatal stenosis (I'll let you look it up if you are interested). Everything went according to plan, even though the whole ordeal was a little unpleasant for the little guy. He wasn't happy until all the hospital things (monitors, bandaids and gowns) were off of him and he was back in his pajamas and in my lap.
Unpleasantness aside, I think this will be better in the long run.
He was so happy with his new prize!
A little marble run!
Everyone there was so nice and friendly.
He stayed on the couch like this for a couple of days - not normal for our busy little boy, but he quickly got back to normal.
Glad it is behind us!
